The family weekend

So where do I start here. How about Friday night. First we head out to dinner at this southwest grill here in town. It was really good but the husbands burrito was not as good as the rest of our food. So he finished what we could not all eat. After dinner we walked to star bucks as it was on the corner of the shopping center. Being we were out of coffee at the house we went to buy more. While there the lady gave us free coffee so we got fat free coffee cake for our coffee and off to the mall we headed. While sipping on hot coffee eating coffee cakes with the kids just looking at all the neat stuff in the mall we just enjoyed it so much that we found our self's in Borders the book store. What a nice book store I tell you. We found so many good books for the kids and they had a clearance rack for us too. So Sissy got 3 new books and Bubba got 3. Mom and dad each got a new book too. It was so fun reading and looking around that when we finally got ready to go it was already 9. We were there for 3 hours. It sure did not feel like 3 hours. But it was great family time.
Well Saturday morning came and we had a new cup of coffee that we have not had in a while and it was just wonderful. After coffee we headed to the gym. On the way to the gym we found a pet shelter aka pound. It was nasty. The pets were in bad shape and it stunk. So we left fast and headed to the gym. After the gym we came home got ready and googled puppies..... We found a set of 4 that are 1 hour out side of town, in Ridgefield. Ridgefield is very nice very rich. I mean rich people live there. At the downtown area of town was a Nutmeg festival. All the rich people are selling all there things they don't want and things they make. All proceeds went to the town church. So this was one place we found our self's at after we went to look at the puppies. These puppies are very cute and now a must have. We have officially put in adoption paperwork for 2 boys. They are 10 week old Beagle puppies. Very cute. Just google what they look like and you to will fall in love.
As for Sunday we went grocery shopping and yard work were the only 2 things we did. Beside laundry and house work. Which all got finished. So that was my wonderful weekend. Very busy and fun. Hope you all had a good one too.
