Let’s see here. This exact time last year we had just started really unpacking to stay in our new house in CT. We had just left the Navy. So life was all about starting over and trying to find our new path here in CT. It was not going that well as it was bitter cold and we had only met one couple who has 3 boys. So we had spent our first New Years ever as civilians. It was different. Life was just not the same.
So we all have got new roles and new programs going on. We even had bought 2 new puppies which we could not keep. The man got accepted back to the military as an Officer Candidate. So he was gone at the end of the year. We lost one of the best moms ever. My Mother-in-law who will be forever missed and always in our thoughts.
One of the craziest Thanksgivings ever this year in OK topped with a really fast Childs birthday cake.
One wet and snowy Dec. and 2 blown TV’s in only a 2 week time frame. All I can say is thank God the Man got to come home for Christmas. We also had a good Christmas eve at the local hospital here in CT. Bubba fell with the help of his sister. He got 4 staples in his head. Thank God Christmas was quite. Now today is New Years day and most parties in CT have been cancelled. We should have 4 inches or more of snow tonight with a bitter 13 outside. So that was our whole year pretty much. Very short and it was a fast one. Now next year should be very interesting and I am sure you will hear all about it as we start another new life soon.

This would be all the cousins. Starting with Bubba, my sisters daughter and son, Sissy and then new addition of my brothers first born, his son. The man , my dad, me, bubba, sissy, new nephew, my brother, his wife, my mom, my other sister-in-law and finally my other brother in the very back. Okay take 2 with no dog...... This is my cousin and my uncle (my dads brother) my other cousin (the 2 boys belong to my uncle) They are 17 and 16 and stand at 6'4...With my grandma. My uncle is my grandmas son. My dad his mom (Grandma) and his brother (my uncle).So just another shot. See how damn short I am.... So sissy got do her birthday for the first time with family. She is now 9.... man where did the time go?My son has a major thing with motor cycles. He loves them. We put him on this loud hog and he reached right for the gas. He will own one when he is older... he assured me of that.

So that is all folks. I don't think you all noticed. But I have a sister and her husband that had to go to all of his families houses for Thanksgiving and another brother that was not here. SO today I think we will be taking more complete family pics. I will post more later..... love you all.

So this is the trail that goes up to many places. Very peaceful place to be.
The reason we went out was to look at the foliage in CT.
Bubba, The Man and Sissy climbed as many rocks as they could.

The boys had to go looking for hiking sticks. So we could make it to the top.
Sissy found a stick and off she was going.
SO on the way the boys were very nervous and this was the only spot that Duke was somewhat happy to be in until we let him come to the front.
Poor Bubba..... Beau really did not like the car ride that much.
Okay so nothing to do with out trip but last weekend we carved pumpkins. This is bubbas version of batman....
So I carved this skull and cross bones. Looks very nice I must say.
Now this one was, (Cover your ears) a bitch. The man and I carved this one together. Very hard work but I must tell you after we lite it up it was worth all the hard we put into it. SO that is all I have to show you right now. Hope you liked our stuff.... see you next time.

I hate Parking here..... You would never know that I work in a nice place at all....

So that is work,..... You could never find me anyway and you would need a damn badge to even get close. So any way I was not late for work as I ran in found someone in security to let me in... damn it. Then I ran home to get the purse and a new cup of coffee. Hey a girl needs energy to run from the ghetto.... So I get all the way back to work and get ready to park in the nice garage and I am out of damn tokens......

Needless to say I am on the street again 2 blocks into the ghetto....Thank god I got more coffee.

So as most of you know my husband recently got out of the Navy. It has not been 1 year yet and he has decided to go back. Only this time he will be an officer. He has been accepted into Officer school to be a pilot. So today is the day that he will go swear in. Now after he is done with this he will eventually go to OCS (Officer candidate school).

This is what he will look like.... only he will have all sorts of ribbons and medals hanging on him. This is going to be very different as before he was an enlisted man. So we will be treading new water as today starts the beginning of our new path. It is all very exciting.

Until you've seen what he will do when he is done with OCS..... Man what a view he will have. Hope he wears a set belt at all times.... Okay so now you know where we will be heading... and it is out of Connecticut.... Thank you Jesus. So we will keep you all posted on the new things as they happen. Have a great day.

Yum, Okay thought I would do just because photos. No reason so have fun... Sissy got bite by a spider on her eye....while sleeping

So today I am very sleep deprived. It has caught up and I am done.
I need 9 hours of sleep to be normal. Now I get just a little over 6.
Here is a list of things I have noticed.
Bags under eyes.
Increased Yawning
Red swollen eyes
exhausted
memory loss
forgetfulness
chest pain
aches all over
3 cups of coffee no longer help me at all.
my skin is breaking out
no sex drive
God help me find a way to make it.....

So like most people in the world today, I have a cell phone. I have had uncountable number of cell phones since 10th grade. I can tell you that each time I get a phone it is inevitable something will happen to that phone. So yesterday while I was taking care of 2 kids and 2 hungry puppies I was talking on my cell phone while I was managing household duties and getting the puppies some food.
Okay here it goes.
I just got home from work in work cloths and high heels. I go straight to the puppies and to let them out. On my way to the back door I notice that one puppy did not quite make it on the pee pee pad. He had pooped half way on the pad and half off. So I thought I would just open the door let them out and I would go and clean it up. Well was I ever wrong. The puppies were so excited to see me that they were jumping up and down and running all over the place. So Duke stepped right in the pile and tracked it all over the damn place and my work cloths. Damn it. So out they went and off to change I go. While Changing the phone rang. So I answered it and continued to change. While taking off my pants I touched a spot of pooh so I had it on my hand now and the phone to my ear. Well Sissy started to yell at me and Bubba was out in the front yard crying as he had dirt in his shoes and could not walk…. So with paper towels in hand I thought I would grab up the rest of the nasty pooh before it got worse and then wash hands. Well before I could make it to the sink with a cell phone now in hand a toy that one puppy should not have and a nasty pooh hand I reached for the faucet and my phone fell right in to a bowl of water….
Yeah I did it again. Damn it.
So needless to say I may need yet another new phone.
It was not until late last night that my best friend called my cell…. It rang and the caller ID still worked. Hopefully this one will last….

So as you know from previous post that our 2 new puppies chewed up my husbands flip flops. Well it sure has been a week for chewing at our house. It was only a few days later that the man found his tennis shoe being chewed. Now he needs new shoe strings. After the tennis shoe they thought they might as well keep up the good run of chewing. So they got a pair of his underwear… Not sure if he has seen them yet…. Then just yesterday Sissy found them out side chewing up his favorite hat…. Shhh!! The man does not know yet. Then the funniest thing has happened. You see Duke loves to lay on pillows like he is a king and Beau loves to lay on the cold floor. So yesterday when the man woke up he was complaining of smelling puppy pee….He kept rolling over trying new positions and still smelled pee. So he sat up and noticed his pillow was wet. He was like damn honey I must have broke a fever… or I drooled all night long. Well he grabbed it up and smelled it…. It was PEE….. Duke had peed all over his pillow and he did not know it. He slept with that pillow all night long. Never once noticed it was wet. Talk about funny, I am LOL right now thinking about it. I am sure these people here at work are wondering WTF I am laughing at…. So it has just been a funny thing going on here at our house. The man must have pissed them off. They have only ate his stuff and peed on his stuff…..

So when we went to look and I mean only look at a puppy. Did you catch that part A puppy, I did not think I would really get ONE. So when we asked to see ONE puppy named DUKE the lady brought out the wrong puppy. She brought out Beau. So of course we fall in love with him. Then she tells us, "Oh you asked to Duke didn't you?" The man is like yeah, this is not him? So she goes and gets Duke. Well when we were all done looking at the right puppy she takes him back and the man is like lets put in a application.
So did you get that, the man said lets put in a application.
So as I filled out the paper work I turned to ask which one do you want?
The man says well I kind of want both of them.... The man said it....
So that is how we acquired 2 puppies.
Now yesterday while I was working hard the man called and said it was urgent. So I really thought something was going on. So I called back right away and he did not answer his phone so I sat here at work worrying.
Well he finally called and said, "Your damn puppies chewed up my flip flops."
My puppies?
Yeah your puppies.
Did you not gate them up in their room?
Yeah, the got out.
Well I had you flip flops on the top of the couch honey.
Well they manages to move the couch away from the wall and the flip flops fell..... So your damn puppies ate my $40 flip flops.
So funny how something goes wrong it becomes my fault. Maybe he will move his shoes himself for now on.

Well where do I start? So yesterday was my birthday. It was a good day. I got up got ready for work made everyone breakfast took care of the puppies and dropped sissy off. Got to work and sat here the whole day with no one knowing it was my birthday. No one told even acknowledged it was my day. A few people did but only my friends outside of CT. So after work I go home to find the husband waiting for me with a beer in hand. He said you drink this and get ready for a causal place. So I did. We left and headed 1 hours outside of town to almost the CT – Mass boarder. I was taken to a mall and given money to spend however I wanted. He took the kids and let me loose. That was fun no one to round up or look after while shopping. So after I bought all that I wanted we went to dinner. It was at dinner that the man said so this is your last year being in you 20’s. No more 20’s…. Man that really sucks. So also while we were eating the place we were at felt like I was back in SD. (San Diego). I felt as if I could walk out and be back home. At that very moment is when I really felt the whole thing hit me of moving away. I just wanted to cry. I really miss it there and the people. It is home to me. Not only that but now I only have this one last year of being in my 20’s. What a terrible thought it was. So the man made it all better you know he is really good at that and at the whole giving gifts. I totally suck. So now I really have to try harder as he gets better and better each year. Damn it. So that was my day and he took great care of me and made me feel really good. It was like having shopping heaven and the feeling of home all in one

It all started here in the town of Ridgefiled, Ct. In this wonderful town we found not one but two adorable puppies.....Everyone say Hi to Ridgefiled.....
This is puppy number one now known as Duke. Duke really likes the camera and lots of attention. This is puppy number 2. His new name is Beau. Beau is very laid back and has a bully side to him. He has what you might call, "Small dog Syndrome."So after we brought the Boy's home we took them out for some pee time. While they were there they found every stick in the yard and just went to town. So Sisssy is here to make sure we don't fight. You could say yard time went really well. As soon as we came in they got lazy. See he already See's the way to wrap the man....
