Where to start....
I vow to totally take better care of myself. I will exercise more, I will not eat fried foods, I will cut down or stop the diet sodas, I will also stop drinking beer unless it is a special occasion, be a better mom and wife.
As I have hit the big 30 I have looked at my life and really thought about what I want and what I need to do. I do want to live as long as possible and be healthy. I also want to be a healthy person for my kids and my future grand kids if we ever have them and I pray we will but many many years later from now.
Over the last 4 years I have tried the whole I will loose weight this year and always do but not for me or because I want to. So I always gain it back. Well now I want to. I don't want to be skinny. I don't want to just loose weight or to fit into smaller cloths. I want to be better to me and to my body. As this body has put up with a lot of crap. I want to be better and that is all.
So I am vowing this to me and only me.
